when will we receive our travel documents?

We will endeavour to send the your travel documents a week before the date of the tour however if this is not possible subsequent communication will be made.

Is the train suitable for wheelcahirs?

• Unfortunately, our heritage carriages don’t allow for wheelchair boarding. Please contact us at time of booking to discuss specific mobility needs in relation to wheelchair use, and we’ll be able to advise and assist.

Do i have an allocatd seat?

• Yes, all our trains are reserved seating.

can i request a forward facing seat?

• Unfortunately we never know prior to departure which way round our train will be configured in relation to direction of travel, so this is not possible.

Will my party be seated together?

• Yes, we always seat parties together at the same table or adjacent tables for larger parties.

Can we bring our own food on board?

•Absolutely, it is perfectly acceptable to bring your own food and drink on board in standard and first class. A buffet is open throughout the journey with a wide selection of food and drink should you wish to purchase on board, cash and card are accepted.

What age does a ‘Child ticket’ cover?

• Child tickets cover those under 16 years of age.

Can i Adjust or add to my booking?

•Yes, please contact our phone line on 0131 202 1033 to adjust or amend your booking.

What platform will my train depart from?

• Upon arrival at your departure station please check the information screens or ask a member of station staff.

Can i leave personal belongings on board once we arrive into our destination?

• Yes, after arrival at our destination please feel free to leave personal belongings on board, however we recommend you do not leave items of value unattended at anytime during the excursion.

Do you cater for dietry requirements?

• Yes, please contact our phone line on 0131 202 1033 to discuss your requirements. These must be booked in advance of the tour.
